Announcement on the Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Media Husada Journal of Nursing Sciences (MHJNS) hereby announces that, effective January 2026, the journal has implemented a policy governing the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in scholarly publishing.

This policy aims to promote the ethical, transparent, and responsible use of AI tools in the preparation, submission, peer review, and editorial processing of manuscripts. All authors, reviewers, and editors are expected to adhere to the journal’s AI policy and maintain the highest standards of publication ethics, academic integrity, and scientific accountability.

AI tools must not replace human scholarly judgment, critical thinking, or responsibility for the accuracy and originality of academic work. Authors remain fully responsible for the content of their manuscripts, including any material generated or assisted by AI tools. The use of AI must be appropriately disclosed whenever required by the journal’s policy.

Reviewers and editors must also ensure that any use of AI in the peer-review and editorial processes complies with confidentiality requirements and the journal’s ethical standards.

MHJNS is committed to maintaining the integrity, transparency, and credibility of scholarly communication. All contributors are encouraged to review and comply with the journal’s AI Policy before submitting or processing manuscripts.

Announcement: Updated Article Capacity per Issue

Media Husada Journal of Nursing Science (MHJNS) is pleased to announce that, starting from Volume 7, Number 1 (2026), the journal has expanded its publication capacity to accommodate more than 10 articles per issue, with a maximum of 15 articles per issue.

This adjustment reflects MHJNS's commitment to providing broader opportunities for authors to disseminate their scholarly work and contribute to the advancement of nursing science, research, education, and clinical practice.

All submitted manuscripts remain subject to the journal's editorial assessment and peer-review process. Acceptance for publication is determined by the manuscript's relevance to the journal's scope, scientific quality, originality, ethical compliance, and fulfillment of the journal's publication standards.

We welcome researchers, academics, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to submit their manuscripts to MHJNS.
